One of the most important elements of the system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements is control (standard, reference) samples, as a means of transferring the unit to its other elements.
Control (standard, reference) samples are a key link in ensuring the traceability, reliability and comparability of the results of analyzes - this is one of the available and effective means of transferring a unit of quantity.
Control samples are widely used to control the accuracy of measurement results, calibration, verification, calibration of measuring instruments, control of metrological characteristics during testing (including for the purpose of type approval), validation of measurement procedures, and assessment of laboratory qualifications.
The use of control (standard, reference) samples to establish the metrological traceability of measurement results, the comparability of measurement results in laboratories can hardly be overestimated.
The correct choice of control samples is the foundation and guarantee of an objective assessment of the quality of the results obtained.
An error at the stage of selecting control samples will lead to a negative economic effect (the device is incorrectly calibrated). That is why it is very important what control samples, what quality, and how you use in your work.
Unfortunately, the nomenclature of control samples of grain crops is insufficient for the normal functioning of the system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. Therefore, our company is engaged in the creation of control samples of grain crops with different indicators.
The production of control samples (comparison samples, reference samples) is one of the key areas of our activity.
All produced control samples undergo a procedure for determining quality indicators in laboratories that comply with the requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 17025 and have official confirmation of this.
Each control sample is accompanied by a passport, which contains all the information necessary for its proper use and storage.
The samples are packaged in vacuum bags with a density of 120 microns.
Each copy of the sample is labeled.
In addition, control samples are one of the components of the evidence base in resolving contentious issues of product compliance with the declared characteristics, in coordinating the results of the analysis for the objectivity of settlements with customers and reducing costs.
